About Me
I’m in the final year of advanced clinical training in counselling and psychotherapy, living and working in North East London. I’ve worked with clients both online and in person, developing my practice with a diverse range of people navigating experiences such as grief, anxiety, stress, trauma, parenthood, and more.
Alongside my clinical work, I have over ten years’ experience in the charity sector, with a broad background in mental health and international development.
I am a registered member of both the United Kingdom Council for Psychotherapy and the United Kingdom Association for Transactional Analysis, and follow their code of ethics. I attend regular supervision and engage in continual professional development.
Therapy
Starting therapy can feel overwhelming—but you don’t have to do it alone. Whether you’re facing a specific challenge or just feeling stuck, therapy offers a space to reflect, gain clarity, and move forward at your own pace.
I provide a confidential, inclusive, and non-judgmental space where you can feel heard, understood, and empowered.
My approach is grounded in Relational Transactional Analysis, which places the client-therapist relationship at the heart of the therapeutic process. At the same time, I remain flexible and responsive to each person’s unique needs and experiences.
Sessions
I offer weekly 50-minute sessions, held at the same time and day each week. We can work together short or long term, depending on what feels right — this is something we can explore together.
Sessions are £50 each.
My practice is located about a 10-minute walk from Walthamstow Central Station. If attending in person isn’t possible, we can arrange to meet online.
Our first session is a chance for you to share what’s bringing you to therapy, ask any questions you may have, and get a feel for how it might be for us to work together.
